Q: Can I get a policy on the phone?
A: No, we must either post you a brochure, or have you issue the policy yourself on the net, so that you have the opportunity to read all the policy terms and conditions.

Q: How do I pay?
A: To issue a policy on the Net, you need a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners or Amex). If we've sent you a brochure, then you'll need to send us a cheque or money order, payable to 'Discount Travel Insurance'. (If you want to fax the application form, then we'll need to arrange payment by credit card (at a slightly higher cost) or direct deposit to our bank account. Please phone (02) 9939 2020 to discuss).

Q: Which policy is best?
A: That's a decision for you, and due to the recently introduced Financial Services Reform Act we cannot even advise you on this point. Moreover, anyone doing so without detailed understanding of your personal circumstances would be acting illegally.

Q: How do I claim?
A: Ring the Claims hotline on the back of the policy booklet. You will be sent a claim form after appropriate details are taken.
